Sometimes it comes quietly. In a memory. In a conversation. In an idea that barks instead of knocks. This truck may not change the world. • Our Story | Pink Paw Patisserie

OUR STORY The Heart Behind the Pink Paw My brother Zach and I grew up as best friends, partners in crime, and lifelong dog people. From our very first dog, a cocker spaniel mix who was both blind and deaf, to Sophie the First, a purebred Cocker he used to sneak into his first apartment for weekend sleepovers, to Sophie the Second, a Springer Spaniel with more energy than sense, dogs ran through every chapter of our childhood. They were there for the joy and the chaos, and they were there for us on the hard days too. Zach was one of a kind. Loyal, hilarious, a little bit wild, and impossible not to love. He could recite entire Van Halen albums from memory, quote every Judd Apatow movie word for word, and never met a dog he didn't stop to talk to. OUR STORY The things that pulled me back toward the light When Zach passed away unexpectedly, my world fell apart. In the middle of that grief, the things that kept pulling me back toward the light were the same things that had always brought us joy, and dogs were at the center of nearly all of them. The more I leaned into that, the clearer it became what I wanted to build: something that brought people together, made dogs (and their humans) happy, and created the kind of connection and kindness Zach carried with him everywhere he went. A love letter to my brother Why Pink Paw exists Pink Paw Patisserie isn't just a dog treat truck. It's my love letter to my brother, and to everyone who's ever found comfort in a warm snuggle from a good dog. Every window we roll up to, every tail wag over a frosted cookie, every treat we hand over, it's all fueled by love and memory. And every time someone smiles at that window, I feel like a piece of Zach is still right here with me. From the feed A couple of moments from the window FOLLOW ALONG Zach Attack Every March Every March, around Zach's birthday, we keep his generous spirit alive with "Zach Attack", an annual fundraiser where we surprise two unsuspecting servers in the restaurant industry with a tip of at least $1,000 each. It's a small way of passing along the kindness he always showed to everyone he met. Bring the dog Come say hello Find the truck at a market this weekend, or ask about a private date of your own.
